Service Description
This includes the Total Package but will add to the price for travel & other expenses. Prices may vary. The total Package includes: -Reasearching, Consulting & Booking: Wedding Venue, Catering, Bakery, DJ & Music, Tables & Chairs, Linens, Wedding Decor, Center Pieces, Floral, Favors & any small items needed for the big day. -Prepare the "Day Of" Itinerary for Wedding Party -Assure all rentals will be delivered the day before the wedding to set up -Directing/ In charge of all set up & take down -Provide a map of table set up / floor plan Day of Consultant: -Being on hand day of wedding to over see the set up and events outlined for the ceremony, reception and send off -Will manage all vendors and have contact for each one -Helping the bride and groom in any needs they may have throughout the reception -Orchestrate the photo events, such as all table decor set up, decorating of car, conduct the send off
